EBISUYA was built about 70 years ago. It was an old Japanese house. It was loved by everybody in Kofu. This place had a lot of memories, and was precious place for everybody. Now, EBISUYA has been reborn as a vacation rental and share kitchen. EBISU is one of the 7 gods of happiness. He is the ancient Japanese god, god of thriving business and happiness.
EBISUYA brings good luck for us. The god is always watching over us.

This is the place where your dreams come true. You can start your restaurant, cooking class, all kinds of parties, whatever you like!
KITCHEN – TYPE A
This is a regular type of kitchen. There is a divider between dining area and the space. You can use a fermenter, and professional cookware!
KITCHEN – TYPE B
This is an open type kitchen. Everything is here. You can start your restaurant immediately!
You can start after you sign up!
We have got all the permissions you need to open your restaurant.
Western style room
“ASAGINEZU”
ASAGINEZU means the Japanese traditional color of dodgerblue. This room’s wall is painted with this color. You can feel relaxed.
Japanese style room
“RIKYUNEZU” (Tatami mat room)
RIKYUNEZU means the color of grayish dark green, associated with the Taian teahouse built by Sen no Rikyu. You can enjoy old Japanese culture. And, you can see Kofu city from the window.
Fee (charges per person)
– Western style room ASAGINEZU (2 adults) ¥5,000～/day
– Japanese style room RIKYUNEZU (4-5 adults) ¥7,000～/day
– Rent out all rooms (1-7 adults) ¥25,000～/day
+Cleaning fee will be charged.
Time
Check-in 3:00-7:00 pm
Check-out 10:00 am
*Self-Check-in (smart lock). There is no on-site staff.
Vacation Rental
You can stay at both Western style room and Japanese style room (maximum 7 people). We are waiting for you to come!
